Super Jet Mikuni 38 throttle shaft rebuild- Bushing?

I am rebuilding my throttle shafts on my Superjet 701 38s...the kit comes with new white bushings, however my carbs don't appear to have any bushings to remove. Am I missing something here? Directions clearly state to use an old shaft to pull old bushings out.

Do certain carbs not have replaceable bushings?

They get kinda stuck in there. I you can see it there in the picture. It's got worn out throttle shaft all over the plastic bushing

Thanks a ton. I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking at. In person you can't really see the line that you see in the picture.

I will try a bit harder to remove it tomorrow. Thanks

Use the shaft as a punch, catch the edge of it and push it out. Or a small sharp pick. Just be careful not to jack up where the bushing sits in
