i know, i know. people have been wanting a billet replacement for the stock plastic handle bar switch box. make one that the insides of the yami start, stop, lanyard, and a bilge switch (like the blowsion except all one piece). there was a thread about this but don't think it ever happen. that would be sweet to have it billet and all one piece and you could use it and a lot of people would buy one.

Never looked close at my blaster but why won,t they fit

The hull mount isn't the same. it's a diferent angle and the ends of the keepers are below the motor bedplates. I found out the hard way.

If I send you some OEM Kawi 800 hood hooks could you duplicate those? If so, I could probably buy 6 sets for our skiis.

I may modify my "think wammer" SJ hooks to make a wider initial opening.
Im not allowed to sell anything i machine at school. However i was thinking about making some prototypes and having them run in bulk sometime later at a different shop... just an idea

-Some type of bilge switch holder for the handlebars or some type of plate for the dash, not sure how much you can improve on any present ideas
-It would probably be too heavy, but what about a pimp looking battery box
-Don't know how large you want to make something but what a aluminum ride plate that already has a D cut shape in it. Seems like most/all of the D cut ride plate that are presently for sale are either composite or full carbon.

-I dont have an original to go by...

i will have to do a seach for the tread.

as far as the blowsion, i was just referring to the two button switch that mounts to the handle bars. if it could be built in to the design that way it would be one piece instead of a switch mounted to the handle bars beside the stock start stop switch. the housing would have to be a little longer than the stock housing to be able to have the two holes for the bilge switch.

I should have a decision on what my first piece is going to be in 2 weeks when i'm back home for xmas break. need to take a look at all these parts...

how about a bolt-on handlepole bracket for a squarenose, that will allow a RN pole to mount without any grinding on the pole.

Im with jeremy s on this one. make a bunch of sxr hood latches that mount on the pole bracket, those stock ones suck monkey nuts!
