This may be a dumb question but every time I see skis riding in a florida lake all I can think of is gators...do you guys ever have any encounters with them?

no, they dont come anywhere near the skis.....


the only time you have to worry about being eaten is if you swim in the evening or at dusk when they are hunting....

they dont came near us, we used ride on a local lake here, and we were always for looking for tiny channels to go in, and whoever goes first always can see the gators, and then the gator get scared and they swim away,

You can bet if I fell off I would be swimming back to my ski like I had impellers on my feet. That would freak me out.
