LSP S1 - Awesome Service

Sorry for all the LSP doubters!!!
I had a minor part failure on my S1. I contacted HSI, which told me warranties are direct with LSP. I emailed Lee on Saturday, 9 Aug, I have the replacement part in my hands today Tuesday 19 Aug.
I am in Johannesburg, South Africa, and our local Fedex agents are slow so I take this as an awesome turnaround time. The box arrived free of any costs to me and inside are shipping labels to return the part. My mind is blown for such good service, especially from the jetski industry.

The Charge coil on the stator died from what looks like overheating. The female connection on the brown wire of the MSD had a slightly loose fit to stator wire bullet. Looks like the coil couldn't discharge all the energy in it so it got hot. The connector issue on the MSD is common to a lot of different cdi's I work with, so it seems to be a problem coming from the connector manufacturer. LSP supplied me a whole new stator.

For now at least, they are coming with MSD Enhancers.

It has a genuine MSD Enhancer in it, ski is as supplied by LSP

Many of the early S1s come with a/m brand parts like msd enhancers. As the newly designed and tested parts are available the S1s are coming with or will be coming those lsp/sbt parts. Instead of an enhancer, there is a new cdi coming with a better timing curve. Hopefully all these new parts will prove reliable, and be another choice for the SJ, B1, and a/m hulls with Yami drivelines.
