Looking for riders in eastern Canada

Just wondering if there are many (any) riders from the eastern half of Canada on this site . . ?

Originally I was looking for someone nearby to help me install some footholds (I can't see me hoeing into my tray foam myself) but there are some other things I could use some help with, that I would be more than happy to pay for someone's time to help. Jetting for example.

I am in Nova Scotia and would like to find someone within a 12-hour drive of me. Anybody know somebody who knows somebody?

how are the waves in nova scotia,i heard they get large, i dont know anybody out there, if you ever come to ontario , come ride with us we have a nice group of riders that hang out together, we met most of them thru this site , good luck

i know there are alot of riders out in quebec.. read threw the threads im sure you could handle the footholds.. as cattledog said ther are alot of riders popping up in ontario these days..

The waves out here are great. There is always at least a little surf any day you want to go riding.

I could probably handle driving to Quebec. i have another thread asking for folks in the new england states area. The closest PM I have received yet is from Jersey. ouch... 15 hour drive... but if that's the closest I can find, I might have to do it.

It's really not that hard to do. I had never done any fiberglass work when I did my footholds/tray reinforcement, and they're still in there 8 years later.

Yo. I am from halifax and always looking for riding partners. (got 4 skis and only 2 people in the house). I am redoing my squarenose over the next few weeks we could try this turfing thing together... I have my footholds/hydroturf/fiberglass all ready I was just waiting for spring....

Cool. I gave up on installing footholds for now and thought I would tackle it next year. Do you ride at Rainbow Haven and/or Lawrencetown? Great surf there. I haven't ridden at all since I moved back to Canada from the US a few years ago. My ski is still strewn across my garage floor but it should be back together within a few days (I got held up waiting for parts). Still probably a tad chilly for ocean riding here anyway. I will PM you...
