Leaking water

I am wondering if there is something that goes in the circle hole in the drive coupler in the picture which I am missing that is causing my ski to leak in water. It only leaks when it's running and I don't beleive its a leaky water line, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes suppose to b a plastic plug that has orings around it, its the old style couplers,

Thanks, do you happen to know if I can buy one on its own or if I need a whole new coupler?

There are two O-rings inside your midshaft that seal to the driveshaft, might want to replace those (and check to see if they are still there). If you are getting water that far into the shaft you have more issues than just water in the bilge and might be causing excess wear on the splines.
