Other kR with KR superflip line

Anyone ever had a problem with KR from KR superflip lines? Anyone have a work phone number to get ahold of him? I have sent a couple emails both from his webpage and PM on the X with no replies.

I ordered a superflip limiting rope on July 31 with his webpage and payed with paypal. never got a shipping or tracking info and then I contacted him on 8-21 to check up on my order. He said he shipped it out shortly after I ordered it. Told him i did not have it and had not seen any info on it. He then got back to me with a pm on 8-22 and said he has never had a problem with USPS put would send me out another one the next day. He said Hopefully the first one would show back up to one of us. I told him if they both ended up at my place I would return one to him. Well its been about another two weeks and I still have not seen anything and I still dont have shipping or tracking info. I have sent a couple email and pm to try and figure out whats going on but I have not heard back from anyone now. Would like to get ahold of him soon because I only have a couple more day before I have to file my complaint letter with paypal to get my money back.

Hope this is in the right forum. Dont really want to put this under the neg feedback because I am hopping its just a little misunderstanding. -Paul

I had a great experience with him and got my front bow loop quick. I did order it when he was living in the states though, is he still living in Australia?

Any issues you are having, I'm sure are beyond his control. Kevin is a pretty straight up guy and would bend over backwards to make things right. I will call him and let him know of this thread. BTW he is back from Austrialia.

I dont know where he is living but that is not the problem. I dont care where he is shipping them from or how long it takes to get to me. The main problem is the lack of communication and him saying he shipped them out to me and that I dont have them or shipping details..

Thanks 227. I am not mad at Kevin and I am sure its some kind of shipping issue or another issue out of his control but we need to talk or email to figure it out. I cant do it from my end, I need his help. I have been waiting for 5 weeks and I would like to get my ski together so I dont have to worry about breaking my hull or pole.

Well this is kind of resolved. I still dont have a superflip line. Kevin only told me that both of the superflip lines had make it back to him with a "return to sender" on them but he gave me no reason why. I asked what address he shipped them to and he did not answer that question or others. I gave him a friends address to try and ship to this time so we will see how this goes.

Well this is NOT resolved! Still dont have my line and its been another 12 days. No shipping or tracking info and no answers to the questions in the emails I have sent him. Maybe it takes a couple weeks for parts to get from Cali to MI????? Maybe he is having problems with the second address i gave him??? I am trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but its getting very hard to do so.
