so some of you know, I didint have a ski last year because I had to part it out the winter before. But now im back and this ski isnt even in the same catagory as my last.

To strat everything, Dan from Highroller customs built the top deck for me. He also epoxied it to a squarenose bottom, and cut 2inches off the back so that he could glass it from inside. Also I decided to go with the monster xft scupper and footholds.

So I drove through Canada to pick it up from him in NY.

and whats a trip through Canada without stopping at niagra....

Tell me more about Dan from Highroller customs. Never heard of him. What does he do?

hell yeah, sweet looking set up. The 80# was without foam, reinforcement or hood? Welcom back bro.

yes.

I really want to try the fixed steering. I have a hood and pole to throw on it if I dont like it.

best thing about this ski IMO is the solid nose! no more nose peices! love it! Im gonna go work on it somemore and maybe ill get a chance to post pics. Ill have some more parts tomarrow.

alright, worked on the ski a little at night, but the furnace in the barn is on the fritz so i am waiting till it warms up to work on it more.

I got the ribs ground down last night.
also cut up my xft footholds so that I could put the holds a little farther forward to make up for the shortend hull. here is a before and after pic.

also cut some holes for the holds and opened a bunch of boxes full of parts.

sergio really knows his stuff. tearing the turf off those holds wasnt easy!
