You will cave in the nose of your ski before the inserts broke. The keepers work great and pay for themselves for aggresive surfriders. They have saved me lots of $$$ on motor mounts, with ZERO side affects.

yes, very true... they are a must for learning flips and just aggressive riding in gneral

I'm still running stock motor mounts on my FX. They flex a lot because the pipe has hit the side several times, but none broken. I'm still running the stock heavy pipe too.

The FX and Blaster would use the same Kenny keeper if they made one.

it cant be that difficult to mod the orig KK design to make them work for an fx/B1
