Super Jet Keeping water out of studs

Hey guys I just installed an ADA girdled head kit and I ride saltwater constantly. There is a gap between the studs and the crankcase and if saltwater gets in there it will corrode the heck out of it. What should I use to prevent the water from getting in there? I have heard that some guys use o-rings, but I didn't know if I should use anything else, o-rings seems weak.

I already put never seize on them and was just going to squirt some marine grease in the hole. I don't want to have to remove them again.

Yeah I just used some grease and wiped off the excess and they came out just fine when I removed them.

Do not put grease in the hole first, it will bust the case if it hydro locks. Soft setting loctite like 515 or 518 is a good sealant, teflon pipe dope and marine grease is also good. Antiseize is not great for this app but better than nothing.

What he said^^^

I grease the threads and silicone the shank above the threads so it seals to the cylinder with a water tight seal.
