kawi wet pipe "boob"???

why does all the factory wet pipes for sx,sxi an sxr have that funky looking chamber????
i just traded my dry pipe for a wet pipe an just dont get why the chamber looks like that!??
has anyone ran a superjet chamber on a kawi before???

Probably because there is room for it..I think you should ask, why doesn't the superjet one have a boob.

I think the SX/SXi and TNT style chambers work better than the "straight" mod and limited chambers. The signal has to be stronger with a closed end on the reduction stinger. The exhaust flow out the outlet may not be optimum for high-RPM scenarios though.

I have a wet pipe for my SxiPro. It works great. I have a R&D, too, but it's on the shelf collecting dust. Not a bad pipe, just not as good as the FP wet.
