SX/SXi/SXi Pro Kawi 750 SXI Handle pole NEEDED!

Broke my buddies on his '96 and I feel bad about it so I'm buying him a new one. However I dont think its necessary to spend $460 on something that's that old and in its condition. Anyone have one for sale, know of where I can get a discounted one? Is the 750 model the only one that will fit this or with a 650 550 etc? I'm in a huge bind here and need to get one ordered today, please help!!!!!!!!

As bad as you feel I hope you get some comfort in knowing they break all the time. Save yourself the money and buy an aftermarket pole or do a SJ pole conversion because he is just going to break the next stock one you put on it.

Yeah from my understanding its pretty typical for the stock poles to break. I just want to get him what I broke and from there if he breaks it again he can figure out what to do or if he wants to buy an aluminum one. I really appreciate the suggestions on a stronger pole, I just dont want to throw down too much cash on something that's not mine. I will definitely let him know that chances are its going to happen again, hes about 210 lbs and rides the thing like he stole it. I also replied to your PM Thumper. Once again appreciate the help and suggestions guys!

Ok so if this deal doesn't go through, what other options besides an aluminum pole do I have? I'm not looking at spending a lot of money because its not mine and frankly the thing isn't in that great of condition. Just looking for other options in case my other deal falls through. I just looked at the SJ conversion and that seems a little out of my experience level.
