Engine all put together and everthing lined up. The ebox is a tight sqeeze in the corner but it does fit. Had to cut the hull to make the pipe fit.

770 puts out 95HP stock. Had #zero port it, lightweight flywheel, B pipe, and thinner head gasket. I will shave the head later. I am guessing 110hp-115hp range. Should make some good power.

I had seen someone on pwctoday put a 640 tigershark in a 550 so that gave me the idea. Then I found a 770 tigershark on craigslist for $200 that I could not pass up.

Prop is going to be skat trak 9/17 swirl c-75 for a SXR that impros is making it for the 650 pump. Also picked up an ocean pro nozzle that is 88mm comparied to the stock 78mm. Also running a freestyle cone so overall should have some good bottom end.

Yea its kinda different. Its got the same electrical parts as a kawi 750 so I was thinking in the long run setting up a total loss off a 750 on this be not anytime soon.

Been falling behind on this project with all the other projects going on. Had a problem with the engine being to far forward so I had to figure out a way to bring it back. I ended up cutting 1/2 inch off the back of the PTO coupler and then also taking 1/3 inch off of the splined part of the driveshaft. Now it fits in there perfect and all the threads in the coupler are still contacting the shaft as they did before so I didnt get up any structure doing this. Now comes the mess of bolting everything in and making it look good.

hey what all did you have to do to get the engine lined up? Just drill new holes on the kawi plate and then the coupler changes you mentioned?

There's a tigershark for sale really cheap close to me and I'm itching to start a project like this
