I was a watercraft/motorcycle mechanic in the early/mid 90's and that was pretty common on sea doos. Sales were through the roof and they were blowing up just as fast. Guessing quality control was not a concern. Ran surprisingly well.

Doesnt look like oem sleeve. Maybe was swapped and put in and not lined up.

Looks like an sbt sleeve either wasnt lined up at install or spun a little when it was being bored and no one bothered to correct it.

it was not OEM , someone re sleeved this in the worst way .....its a pitty
