-Shorten your pole: -2 should be a good start.
-Quick steer mod: Move the cable to the outermost hole on the plate and drill a hole further towards the center of the steering nozzle.
-Get a prop, hands down.
-Instead of the cone, bore your nozzle out to 80mm.
-D-cut your stock ride plate

If im 6'4" should i shorten my pole more...? like maybe 4 inches?

im 5'11" and i have -4 pole and -2 tunrplace with a lowered bracket so -7 or -8 total and i could still go shorter

I'd start with -3 and go from there. You can always take more off but you can't put more back on.
