This is just a thought... I live about 20 min east of the freeride. If anyone was interested in staying in the Mentor area at some sort of hotel, you are more than welcome to keep you skis/trailers at my house instead of a random parking lot.

There is no camping as this is a major city, and I am staying at one of the hotels too. I would post on the 'Cleveland Freeride Jetskiers' page on facebook if you are looking for somewhere to camp close by. I am about 1/2 hour away from the riding spot.

So beach carts are groovy correct? Cool to park in the parking lot and just cart everything down to the beach? Are there normally small waves? Are boats worth chasing here?

Beach carts, yes. There is word that the event may be getting canceled........ Lake erie kicked up tons of debris, logs, trees, and garbage. I think it will clear up in 2 weeks but its not my call. As of now, its still on. If it does get canceled, im still riding all weekend and welcoming anyone down to ride and/or use my property.
