I just bought a hood kit from him excellent service I had it in a week who ever packaged it forgot to ship the handlepole bracket Jeff sent it to me FEDEX at no charge. Quality product IMO

Yea, I ordered some footholds a couple weeks ago and he shipped them off the next day before I even payed for them. I didn't know what to expect with all the good and bad I here about them. I must say that I was very pleased with them and their product.

What I hate is that I hear very inconsistent feedback about him.
Some people get their stuff on time....
Others takes forever, no response from him, etc....

I have a Hood kit with lower bracket and it is an awesome product.
NO complains about his craftsmanship, the guy knows what He is doing.

If he turns his business practices around, I would love to buy parts from him because he has some nice stuff. I'm just afraid to lose my money as others have done in the past... I try not to hold people to a reputation they earned in the past but sometimes it's hard to convince yourself that they've changed.

He build's other product's also. He does alot for the fisheries industry and also fire fighting equipment for helicopter's and forest fire apparatus. The jet ski indusrty has as you know had it's ups and down's! The demand in the last few year's has been alot better so these small manufacturer's can justify having 1 or 2 employees now. I was a little unsure when I bought my hood kit from him so I left a voicemail to call me. I know what you are saying Benny, Hopefully he has his feet under him now and will be dependable! he does excellent work I will buy from him again soon it will be a hull next.

This dude needs to get a partner to do the selling for him and just concentrate on building parts.....He sucks as a salesman.
Yet his products are excellent IMO.

Fitment on my hood is out of line, and all liners I've seen now have been in need of repair.

He lives (his shop) is about 10 miles away from my house. I went to check it out and they were working on stuff. But no sign indicating it was there, so I left.

My diablo hood was shipped the next day, but I spoke to him personally. Fit is great, it is lighter than most of the aftermarket hoods out there. Problem is like Matt E says, most of the liners come loose. It's not a bad fix, but it would be nice if they came that way. I have landed bad quite a few times on this hood, and use the Brap Strap, which is probably hell on a hood also.
