This is one of those subjects that I have a vested interest in since I plan on selling the Jap style X2 footholds at some point in time,I know whats involved in making plugs and molds

I've seen you develop them. are you going to throw all that work away, buy someone else's parts and splash them? I doubt it. how about using pics for the riped off part stolen from the catalog of the original manufacturer. lol

I don't see where anyone can honestly defend splashing parts that are currently in production and available for purchase.

Do you know for a fact that his part isn't 20% longer , shorter, wider,narrower,thicker or deeper than the Jap part? In this instance since he has no competition on that exact style part being sold elsewhere in the USA, I don't see a problem with it, the only other way to get that specific part is to order it from Japan and pay out the wazoo , something I don't see many of you doing.

where is this 20% coming from? who cares about 20%? he said he imported it and is making parts.

both styles of the bottom fill have heir own merits. i almost bout a 24-7 when he was here in town., but held off. i have a opinion on these parts and will not slander either shop that is producing them.
