Is this paint or powder coat?

Just got it done...used the Duplicolor products, self etching primer, metalcast primer, the metalcast paint, and their automotive clear.. I think it turned out pretty good but we'll see when its starts getting abused..

looks good if you want it to hold you should spray some acutly automotive clear on it. the clear in a can doesnt seem to do much

I will give you a tip also, PREVAIL makes a sprayer that has its own propellant,no air compressor needed,that way you can spray automotive paints and when you are done you can just throw the whole thing in the trash.Also they yell you you have to have the glass jar part but you don't .it does make it easier but I have used many of those with a dixie cup
with the paint mixed up in it.Obviously you have to have some coordination to do that lol

a very good idea. That way you can spray some clear w hardner and that thing will last a good while. Ie you wont have to be scared of spilling fuel or something on it

weird, going to look at that though!! MAybe I'll just get the motor cleared when I clear coat my hull..

I use deltron clear coat with deltron hardner it works well

Sand that head down and then paint it with some bright silver engine paint! You could do those R&D Graphics in Red. I did mine with just black spray paint sprayed into a cap with a brush.
