Super Jet Is the battery 12v 14ah enough for total loss system?

After my bendix disengaged many times I'm starting to suspect the battery since everything is new. Do you think the battery is too small and not powrful enough to crank the engine?the battery is fully charged before starting

A 14 AH battery is usually quite sufficient to crank a SJ. Might you have very high compression ? Is your t/l ignition programmed to have no more than 20 deg., preferably 15 at cranking speed? I suggest - for a test- take the cables off your battery and using automotive type jumper cables hook them up to a different battery like a car. Also, a standard load test for a battery is: Voltage should not drop below 10.5 volt while cranking for 15 seconds. That test is of course not possible if your bendix disengages. To test for bad ground cable, run a temp. cable from bat. to the engine (head, intake or front cover, whatever is easy to reach.)

Hi thanks for your answer, the compresion are 150 psi for both cylinders and the t/l is from ATP which is set timing according to the instruction at 50 degree. After finishing rebuilding the engine including new ATP t/l system it started just fine for 2-3 weeks and strarting to disengage around week fourth. So I chenged the new bendix including bushings, spring, washers. Turned out it disengages more. So I suspect of the battery, either the quick disconnect terminals that I use are not tight enough or the battery losing its voltage after riding for 2-3 weeks (Charged after riding everytime though)
