internal fuel fill/fill in hole in hull

I read all the posts last night bout internal fuel fill---

I just made a clear lexan piece to go where the old fuel filler neck went in the hull. This way u can look thru the lexan piece to see how much gas u got! The reason for the internal fuel fill mod is I am tired of draggin my right cod off with the gas cap w/doin hood tricks.

Opinions???

my opinion is cod dragging is not fun. you go, gil!

actually, i have an internal fill and still have the external fuel cap. it has about 4" of hose and a 1" pvc end cap. i use it to store the whistle and registration.

Don't have it all together yet, but looks like you will be able to see that corner of the fuel tank pretty good.

I thought bout the Blowsion cover for the hull, but my hull, hood, and nose piece is at the body shop right now gettin it's bling on-therefore really don't want to learn how to glass on a brand new paint job.

Have u seen a 2007 Dodge Charger w/sublime paint yet??? Oh yeah-the SJ is goin sublime!!!

btw-I have tons of lexan. it takes bout 1 minute to cut 1 out w/dremel w/router attachment, if u want 1. pm me yer address and I will send u one.
The lexan is twice as thick as the rubber gasket under the fuel filler neck plate(gives u an idea of how thick it is.

Kawi makes great ski's for the right application!

All of this year the pipe was set up REAL wet for Cheryl-she don't like light switch type power. There's alot of power sitting there-just need to tune it where I had it when I was riding it, would take bout 5 minutes to set it back up RIGHT. Tell him to call me-I am REAL motivated to sell it right now. For another 1995.00 I can pull the right frt tire of my truck off of the pavement!

Call me-u know as well as I do it ain't doin it no dam good to just set on the trailer and rot. I'm about to part the thing out if I don't sell it.
