Due to popular demand here are some pics inside "The Factory"

-these hulls are layed up with 1208 bi-axial mat and vinyl ester resin. Cooling lines are SS. Exhaust is thin wall aluminium made by x-metal.

Oh, I see now, its part of bulkhead and molded as a seperate pc. sweet and hot looking idea. I never noticed that on your stuff before.:biggthumpup:

i like that exhaust outlet setup you have going there. with the dual scuppers your limited and ive never been a fan of the front exhaust because it makes a mess of the ski from that point on... nice work

Have you had any problems with the bedplate seperating from the hull? What do you use to keep it in place.

did you ever fix that problem you had with the scuppers like the hull you brought to lake lanier?

The problem with the scuppers was fixed. The hulls that Steve has pictures of are not the "backflip" model so the issue is moot. The scuppers on the backflip hull had to be re-designed because of the angle of the bottom deck at the rear of the ski, which did not work well with conventional scupper design.
