I would glass one side fill hole with epoxy or stuff some glass in there and resin it up good then do the same with the outside/inside. Sand/paint good to go.

Dam...my first post and I already look like an idiot. The current hole is located in-between the hood seal and the edge of the hood. It can hardly be seen. It’s on top and in no direct line of water travel. This is the only reason I thought a rubber plug might work.

is it hard to use? where do i get it from and does it come in cool colors?

Just kidding

i guess i need to enjoy it over the summer then make a nice winter project with a new paint job and relocated bilge exit. thanks for the help.

For this season:
Cut the hose on the inside to about an inch then use a plug and a hose clamp. As long as it's already hidden and keeps the water out it's good enough for this season's riding.

Then as you say do it right this winter.

Yep, a rubber body plug glued in place would seal it right up. Don't worry about looking stupid, some people will go out of their way to help you do that.
