i got a superjet!

hey everyone, i just picked up a square nose for 1900 last night, here is a thread of what it looks like, since my computer isnt working correctly for pictures.http://x-h2o.com/showthread.php?t=15480
so now i got a square, its a bored 650 to 701 with factory pipe, boysen reeds, protec girdle head, factory pipe and waterbox, umi steering and automatic bilge, scoop grate, and ocean pro ride plate. this is pretty much ready to go. ill be getting footholds tonight from goose (thanks) and will start ripping pads/stickers off once i test ride it. and ill get pics pretty soon.

so are there any quick mods i can do to make it a bit more freestyle worthy? im looking for some quick mods. i was thinking stubby cone? different plate? i dont know prop pitch, but its a skat. im no too knowledgable about squares, anything i should get rid of? any info would be great, thanks!

Depending on your fabbing skills you could make a front exhaust setup, D cut the ride plate after your use to the ski, try and find a roundnose pole and swap that for the big square pole, turf the rails and extend them were you would put your feet for hood riding.

i can hook you up with a front ex i made my own up.and i also have rideplate molds but im running out of time.after you test ride it when you go to get the footholds in give me the exit nozzle ill bore it and we will get you rolling that thing in no time

alright cool thanks everyone. my b-day is comming up ( 16 baby ) so ill have a decent amount of cash. and the water wont be very warm till early may, so i figure i got about a month to prep it up. i thought about d-cutting the plate, but the plate that is on there has pretty large fins on the bottom, should i sell it to get a different one?

he had two for sale, i took the one with a single carb. it was cheaper, and i thought looked a bit cleaner, except for the repair job on mine. corbearofskiing is getting the other one, these are practically twins engine wise. ill be taking off the stickers pretty soon for a cleaner look.
