I got a mouth full of lake

and it made me sick as a dog for over a week. Very explosive diarrhea. The doctor just called me and apparently it was most likely water born. I need to get the exact name but it was cryptosporadosis. I am getting better now but I still have to take some pills for 3 days to knock it out. I must have picked it up at tablerock so all you MO peeps watch out.

same thing happened to me a couple of years ago riding in the intracoastal on a summer day...

Was running buoys, hit the water face first mouth open......I must have drank a galon of water (or so it felt)


was sick for over a week......crippling internal pain, nasty nasty nasty.....I was one day away from going to the hospital..

i got a staff infection the first time on my stand up. i got road rash from the hydro turf on my shins(i could barely get on my feet) and it got infected bad. gotta love greenwood lake in nj/ny.will post pics soon. ******n gross

Makes me feel pretty good about the water I ride in.
