....he's shady. He sold a pipe to a guy on pwct (search for $500 b pipe) - pipe never arrived, he couldn't prove that he shipped it. After over a month and under the threat of legal action he returned the money, still claiming that usps lost it

i pay for a new b pipe without chamber 4 months ago for 450 +30 shipping
never received it .
i send him over 10 emails nothing
1.5 month ago i found him throu x-h20 i told him about the b pipe
he told "i don't remember it bla bla bla
his excuse was that someone stole his paypal password and lost money
he told me that he was going to send me back my money but nothing
i had send him throu x 3 messages but without anwser ...

Lost in the mail...lost paypal password.... He's full of excuses

the guy on PWC T did get his money back, but you'll have to compile all your conversations and records and give the them to the police...

thats wierd...I have bought MANY parts from art over the years....

always had great dealings with him and was sad to see him sell off his stuff........used to enjoy chatting with him at freerides..

i check his feedback i has only one negative so i contact him and asking my money he told me that was honest guy and about that feedback he send his parts and everthing was fine .
i he will return my money .
from all our discuss i decide to wait but nothing

Ive never ripped off anyone here, Ive sold hundreds of parts here on PWC and Ebay and never ripped off anyone.

This guy said he never got his pipe but I have a shipping recipet to Greece saying its shipped.
This guy had his cousin from canada call and threaten me and my family with violence if his money is not returned. I offered to give him half his money back even knowing I did my end and shipped the parts.
He waited 2 months to complain and say he didnt get it giving me no recourse for insurance but I still off him half his money back.

the fact he is threatening violence has made me very angry it's a small sum of only $450 dollars.
There are many people on here and PWC that would vouch for my integrity including Andrew 129 who commented above bought a hull from me that I was supposed to hold until April of 09 and he didnt contact me until July of 09 at which time he had paid in advance for the hull about 7 months prior but after he was 3 months late calling or contacting me I sold the hull to someone else. He contracted me and was give an instant refund

The problem here is I dont quite belive he didnt get his package because he waited 2 months to say he didnt get it and by then I could not claim insurance. why wait 2 months and longer to say it did not arrive.

If he would like to comment about the threats of violence I would love to hear back. I just became a legal gun owner and I will defend my family with any force I need to use.

As stated above I have never ripped anyone off EVER .
Ive had some transaction go not so well and havent shipped on time but never flat ripped anyone off.

Snowxr , please point out the 2 guys I ripped off Im dying to know who they are.

Why dont you stick to the facts and stuff you know about not just second or third hand info .

Sorry but if two different members complain about never receiving brand new FPP products they bought from you (one being a good friend of mine), a person gets a little suspicious. I hope it all gets sorted out.
