Why? I like my tank as it is: I can see how much fuel I have left, and it slides in and out easily. Even if you could get the turf to stick (which I doubt) I can't see what the advantage would be....

yeah, it's nice to see how much fuel is in the tank. I have a few pieces of rubber strategically glued to the tank in a few places, where the B pipe chamber gets very close for example, but that is it. No need to turf an entire tank. :boggled:

Hydro-Turf is good on everything!

I have it in two places on my tank...where the pipe almost hits it, and where it hits the battery box.

funny you mentioned that...i was wondering if anybody had replaced carpet with hydroturf. I think it'd be cool to do a room at a beach/lake house:biggthumpup:

Damn that would be kinda cool as carpet in a room or a vehicle. Never would have thought of it. Some do it and take pictures. I have never bought carpet for anything before; are the prices between hydroturf and carpet comparable?

I may get some B grade and glues it to some old floor mats. I dont think just laying it down cut to shape will do, needs more weight I think. I also wanna do my trunk liner in it and maybe a sub box.
