an SXR carves like a slot car. The Rev is like stepping in Owl Chit and then stepping on ice.
The Rev is a loose riding hull, it is ment to pop out of the water. The SXR is a race hull designed not to pop out of the water.
this is a 08 botton hull with set back pump, will curve and hook up better by far on the Rev
I think the ski & hood are right at 100-102lbs after re inforcement, paint, turf. Which is a great weight for a all around ski.
Nothing rides like a Rickter bro, once you ride one its all down hill!
Our local crew,
Lucas rode mine= now has a pending order
Bill= rode TC rickter, Rode my Rickter he ordered one!
Its like lucas said, don't ride a Rickter unless you want to buy one! LOL
forgot me:beerchug:
Sorry Bro, once you buy a house your in the local crew! LOL
See another Rickter Victim!!! I'm going to stop letting people ride my stuff!!!
but will it BF![]()
I'll solve your dilemma right here and now.
Ready ?
Give me your WCF hull or the WaterDawg, I'm easy, free of charge and go and buy your self a Rickter.
There, problem solved.
Brilliant.
Have you ridden a REV? The one I rode railed, seemed to stay hooked much harder than an SJ, even with a stock intake grate on it.
Yes I have ridden one. You cannot compare a REV to an SXR. They are like Apples and Pizza. Nothing in common other than meant to be eaten!
The REV is designed as a light weight flat water freestyle hull design. The SXR is a Wet Hull race design.
And your compairing the REV to a SJ as far as hookup. The best hookup I have ever been on was the Octane, but they would not turn for crap. Hookup and Handling are too entirely different things.
SJ's do not rail turns, they never have. I raced my first SJ for about 4 years. Making turns on the race course was tough at best. Dont get me wrong, It can do it, but with alot of body movement to do so. The SXR was effortless. My first race on my SXR was exhausting, not from turning it, from riding faster around a course than I ever had before.
for as much as this seems like an awesome solution.... for you.....:deal:
i would need to sell both hulls or at the very least the wcf to make the rickter a reality
from all ive heard so far im likely going to pull my wcf from being for sale and building it!
