ok so i am not sure what to do right now

i have two hulls sitting in my garage and im not sure which one to run

the reason being i really want to get a rickter but i dont have the $$ unless i sell both hulls and it seems this is not a good time of year to sell

i just bought a team scream ss865

so i have my waterdawg REV hull (which i love to ride)

and i just bought a wcf carbon kevlar hull, which i havent riden yet

i have the REV posted for sale but havent posted up the wcf as ive been looking to sell it local, seems to sell from canada to the US is a little painful, canadians are more open to the across border transactions.

so now im thinking i sell the wcf for how much it cost me to get it to canada, then save up some $$ and eventually purchase a rickter part way through the year

interested in opinions!

I like that WCF hull, it even has the right stickers.
Why not run that with your new motor and see how it rides. For all you know, you might like it.

Got ya.
Guess your mind is set on a Rickter and nothing else will do.
I would just hate to lose a part of your short riding season as you save up for the new hull.

How about you pick up a cheap SN hull and beat that to death while you wait for a buyer for your other 2 hulls ?
That new motor is too nice to sit on a shelf.

i havent tried carving on the REV thats not my style of riding, the REV rides awesome, harder to ride than a superjet but so much more flickable

yeah a rn pole will bolt onto the lowered pole bracket no problem

i think crack addicts have less problems than us...

I wish I had your problem...

How does that work from Canada ? Would it be of advantage if your drive them to the US over the boarder instead of shipping ??

he will ride forsure it takes about a day to build up a hull or tare it down.. i think the thing with my good man is he wants to go back to 1 ski, doesnt like to wrench or use total loss and i think the rickter is the best all around ski ive been on yet(just an opion guys) with the adjustability, and handling of the rickter and the reliablility of the XS SS motor he will be riding for a full season

i have offered to do drive across the border, ill drive into MI/NY/OH, its more of a pain for me to cross the border (being english the us border needs to check if im a terrorist or something)

the only difference in canada is that we dont have titles, even though we have the HIN we just need a registration document which seems to cause some people concerns? i dont know how it works for the guys in the US

are you sure about that i seen 2 rickters with large cracks in the hull at daytona and i mean large one 8 inches the other over a foot, it was like paper thin around the nose was moving by just touching it must have been a mistake by the factory, but they should have picked that up not ship it out

OK, in a nut shell.
You need to sell 2 hulls which may take some time, in order to pick up a Rickter.

You could assemble your new motor into one of those hulls now and be ready for ride season but if a buyer pops up you need to tare down.
That's why the cheap SN hull idea.
Once the hulls sell and your new Rickter arrives, pillage the square, Set up the rickter all nice and sexy and sell off the SN hull for what you paid.

or not. :jester:

Some states reuire title some not, here in NV you need a title if you buy an out of state watercraft without title you are in a world of pain, even with sales contract and previous out of state registration.

IMO you drop the Ts motor in the lighter of the 2 hulls and be done with it. A Rickter is sick no doubt but a hull is not AS important (keep in mind we are not talking stock either way so...) as the motor/pump/rider.

A TS 865 motor with a Yami pump is gonna make that WCF hull INSANELY fun to ride I imagine.

Just my .02

Good luck with your "problem"....lol

id love to hear or see more on this.. thats a another concern of mine... you know me mario i pretty much normally buy my stuff new so i DONT have problems... so having problems with a new hull would be the worst

i think uk likes his nice cheery new stuff and likes to grow into his stuff aswell so whats the point in buying three different hulls when the end game is a rickter?

keep in mind we dont have a nice long riding season like our friends to the south

i seen it and felt it with my own hands dont want to say who it was but skis were put back in closed van fast , i am sure it was just a mistake by the factory all the other rickters were fine and going large including taylor curtis and rick roy and all of the others there was at least 15- to twenty there
