How many screens on stock filter

So stock filter has 3 screens i know people remove some but how many screens do u run ?

Mine is in the flame arrestor down tube because I have a special plate on the 44's to move the arrestor away from the ADA head.

The screens keep any backfire flames from exiting the flame arrestors.

flames can go through the big mesh screens, but not the small.
The big screens (top and bottom) are just there to support the fine screen.

they are all the same size holes on the yamaha's, just off-setting...

So when removing screen do you need to do anythink to jetting? I have aOcean Pro sitting here that I haven't put on because I am afraid of Water injestion. Should I run stock for the surf?

Stock best for keeping water out in surf
screens have nominal backpressure and removal shouldnt affect jetting.
just keep and eye on plugs and piston wash and if it looks lean, richen it up a little with the screws
