Remove the Ebox bracket and mount directly to the bulkhead
Remove the bottom of the battery tray and swish cheese all other brackets
Glue removal in bilge and under tray
Cut out liner of stock hood and seal up the rear air box. Or just purchase a lightweight aftermarket hood.
Cut 2" off the back
Light weight battery - This could save you almost 10lbs
Remove stock rail caps and turf
Remove all blowsion bling - that stuff is heavy
you can save a few #'s with a TDR or some other modified waterbox
D-cut rideplate or do carbon fiber
remove back bond rail
I believe jetski haven has a billet aluminum engine cradle. This will save a # or so.

This is what I can think of off the top of my head. I have been planing on doing this for quite some time on mine. Will probably start here in a few months. I am curious to see how much you drop

By my calculations and not all are confirmed *

10 = * lowered hood without liner *
8 = all glue
10 = rail caps & bumpers
5 = * cut off rear rail & shorten -2.5 *
10 = * rear exhaust *
7 = battery
4 = * mod e-box bracket & bat. tray / remove exhaust bracket *
3 = aluminum engine plate
3 = TDR
1 = * cut a few usless tabs from engine & e-box *

Is this for flatwater?A heavy surf ski is a good thing IMO.

I am riding a 350 pound superjet with 2 gallons of gas in it.(well that was the weight before refoaming)
I got a 3/4 flatwater roll on that pig the other day too.

if you go thru my build , i took out all foam and used 4lb foam from us composities to form the whole back of the ski

Me thinks you will regret this. Welcome to the world of re-foaming....something you never needed to worry about before this.
