By the time you drive around and get the material and make it yourself you spent more than $29 in your time and money.

Gas must be through the roof where you live. From the sounds of things I spent the most on mine...and I went to only one place....much cheaper that Blowsion:arms:

I've done both. The 1st 2 sets I had came from blowsion. Last year I needed a set that day. Ran to sports authority and found the straps & buckels in camping section then had to go to home depot for the eyelets. Wasted a good 2 hrs and spent about $15 bucks. It all comes down to time

exactly. i learned my hoodstraps lesson (or better said, lack of hoodstraps lesson) the hard way. it's not worth it. and when you consider people who put these straps on their skis are (usually) the guys who's boats are all done up, painted, modded, ..etc. whats another $29?? and you're supporting one of the best companies in the sport.

it's like driving a 12mpg car to a gas station 14 miles away to save .01 on a gallon of gas, not worth it.

spend the $29, save your ski, support blowsion.

SORRY ED!!!

I'm down with the support BLOWSION vote. They have helped me soooo much in the last year-29.00 is a mere drop in the bucket compared to total
investment.

Dude ,1 hr of my precious time is worth more than $29.00 to me .
Even if I could get all the stuff for free but it takes a couple hours of my time I would still go with the Blowsion ones for 1 minute of time ordering them
..............To each his own :woot:

I was ordering a bunch of stuff too so it was a no brainer to go with the Blowson kit .

Blowsion is an awesome company to deal with too .great products and great support :arms:

I agree, Blowsion is a great company along with some others. My only concern would be the buckles breaking. How have they been with replacing the buckles?

This is on my squarenose build. Im all about supporting the industry but with this being my first major build Im kinda wanting to do everything I can myself as a learning experience.
