Honda outboard carb question

What are these plugs for and why is one pissing fuel?

Looks like a Welch plug? Obviously it shouldn't be leaking.

Yes, welch plug. I gave her a couple love taps and it STFU.

Float was Stuck. Behind Plug is where its vented. Fuel pump just kept pumping her fuel till it came out vent.

Float stuck open or shut?

Open. should of been running alittle rough also.

It was running poorly and was lean on that cylinder. Leaking carb cylinder on the right, middle cylinder on the left.

The plug on the right looks more just washed with fuel from stuck float than actual lean. Youll know for sure when you get carbs open .
