this is another subject that i am an expert on. US rda is THE BARE MINIMUM that is required to prevent disease, not the optimal amount required by the body for optimal results. supplements are to help make up for the poor quality of all the processed foods we now eat. there is no way we are getting the optimal nutrients from food. we no longer eat close enough to the earth. the human body is so complex, that it makes just about everything we require, out of what we eat. the body cant make everything. some things like essential fatty acids omega 3-6-9 have to be eaten. anyway, i'll take a 10 week supply of that shake Matt. and rags is right, he dont know. proten shakes dont turn pee-wee into arnold.
