Help Me! Ideas...

I really want to repaint/customize my FX1... but i have no idea what to do... i originally wanted to just do black with white mats... but hydro-turf doesn't carry white, and now im stumped.

Anyone have any suggestions on a color scheme?

update your profile with your location. Most likely white mats are a bad idea, depending on where you live. It will get dirty and look like crap in no time. Are you planning on doing foot holds now? start with that. Just get rid of the Purple and pink and you can't go wrong.

nah you will like them. If you are going to go through the trouble of turfing now is the time to do the holds. I have never met any one who was not happy they did it. It is an easy mod and there is lots of help on this board. check out the tech faq.

Yes, do the holds now!!!
I would say just start looking around at cars/bikes etc. to get color ideas if you want to paint it.
If you are trying to keep it simple, sticking with one color is a good idea. Sometimes the solid color boats look better than the ones that are overdone.
If you want to keep it real simple, just take the stickers off and put a sticker kit on it. Abe at Northgraphics can probably help you out.
I would lean toward sticking with black or grey turf.

Foot holds like Watercraft factory or Wamilton's rickters are the easiest to install. My REV footholds were more work.
If you are not real handy, stick with the easy ones. You will love them!
