Havn't got my parts from WFO Speedracer

Hi every one I hope this is just a misunderstanding but I payed for some parts ($280) from WFO Speedracer on the 05-28-09 and I still havn't got them. I've emailed him and no reply PM him and no reply I know he goes on here every day just don't know what to do. I hope this just a misunderstanding but seems to be taking to long to get the parts. Would just be nice to know what's going on like if he sent them and when.

Rebuttal time,here goes.It took me a while to find your parts,anyone who has ever seen this place knows why.I did respond to the pm you sen me last week.It is right before the 4th of July here which I am sure means nothing to an Australian but its kind of a big deal here. I have been swamped trying to get everything out the door that would go out the door by the 4th.I only ship here once a week due to the remote location by the lake and the fact that I don't have UPS pickup here.When I located your cylinder and pistons the cylinders had some slight surface rust on them,rather than send out parts that were questionable I sent the to my cylinder guy along with the pistons and had him check them out,he honed the cylinders and gave them a clean bill of health,but he was swamped also so this took a while.I got the cylinders back last week but not in time to get them shipped out to you.I usually ship out on Mondays and I believe I got this back on Thursday night.That means it goes out in todays shipment,I will contact you with the tracking info once it is shipped later today if that is acceptable to you,I will also include a gasket set for free for your trouble.If this is not acceptable just let me know so I can refund your money.I haven't seen any emails from you but quite honestly I haven't checked my e-mail recently either,it could also be hiding in a spam folder somewhere.Let me know how you want me to proceed here thanks.

Thats OK I just needed to know what was going on I didn't want to be negative just a lot of people get scammed. I could see you posted a lot on here and .didn't know why you wouldn't get back to me.

No actually its not ok,the parts were shipped ,they were not shipped UPS because shipping via UPS was $200.00 on a $280.00 deal,so I shipped them USPS,which has no tracking,I did pay for delivery confirmation so I would know if you received the package or not, you filed a complaint against me through paypal,you did not drop the complaint after you received the tracking info either,so now you have the money back and the parts,I suppose you can see where I might have a problem with this.

Paypal blows in my opinion for this very reason if someone files a claim and says you didn't ship something even if you have proof they still take the money and ask questions later. It is a pain to get the money that is owed to you...

That's just terrible! You are not the only one on this board to get shafted by Paypal, since Ebay bought them they are more worried about "buyer protection" than what's right.

IF and i do mean IF i see the parts I will cancel my claim with paypal,They can't give me my money back you have removed the funds I can post what they have said to me, so the only one out of pocket her is ME no parts no money. If the parts turn up I will be the first one to let every one on here know. Lets get a couple of things straight,you checked on shipping and relayed to me that shipping would be about $100.00,at that point I said yeah if you want to pay that then ok I will do the deal.So I go to UPS to ship the cylinders out which is about a 40 mile round trip for me,no problem.I fill out the forms and then they say $200.00 shipping .
Now at that point I am in shock and obviously since I am losing money to sell you the cylinders and pistons already I am damn sure not going to take it up the arse on shipping too.So I go to the only other shipping option available to me US postal service which I believe was about $98.00.There is no tracking available with US postal service,at least thats what I was told,so to have some idea of where the package is going and actually know if you get it I put delivery confirmation on it,so yes that is a delivery confirmation number on the box.
As far as paypal goes they try to pull the funds out of my account till they get it sorted out,I not being a complete dumbass have a separate account just for paypal,I don't leave money in that account just for this very reason.So if they don't reverse this,they won't get paid by me,I will just do what I did last time they pulled this crap and I will no longer have paypal.

The claim has already been decided in your favor ,you can't cancel the claim,there is no if about you getting your parts they are on the way,you will get your parts,will I get my Paypal account back straight ,that is the question now.

I can assure you of one thing I never have or will I ever rip anyone off here,I am guilty of sometime being a slow shipper but not even Gorilla as bad as that deal went can say they did not receive their parts.

well all we can do now is wait and see if the parts get to me. I did say to ship USPS as they are half the price for shipping.Like I said before I hope this is a misunderstanding but when I didn't here from you for so long I was covering my ass by starting a claim as you would know you only have so long before you can't claim.If or when the parts turn up I will contact paypal and see what I can do to help you get paypal back. You must understand it's been a long time sinse I sent the money If you had let me know that you found the parts and they needed work and It was going to take some time to ship then that would have been fine.I think most people would have done the same thing as me.The way I see it is at this point you still have the cash and I have nothing

There is no tracking available with US postal service,at least thats what I was told

you arent able to track items going to canada. im 100% they wont be able to track over seas. I deal with USPS every 2-3 times a week for out of country shipping. delivery confirmation and a prayer is all you can do :newangel:

I ship to Germany a lot and it usually takes a week
but about every 5th package takes 3 - 4 weeks for no apparent reason :buttkick:

UPS and Fed-ex have actual sorta "real time" tracking system

USPS has "delivery confirmation #" which isn't offered on international shipments!

WFO Speedracer - you should have gotten a copy of the "customs form" you filled out......on that piece of paper there should be a "customs form number" at the top............Give that number too 351windsor, he should be able to use it to figure out where his part is located!!

If you no longer have the customs form paper......your reciept should have the number printed on there too!

The custom forms is actually the tracking number...

All boxes send usps international are tracked. They now use the 13 digit EMS tracking format which makes things easier.

Only small enveloppe and boxes (express mail) where it needs to be requested and paid for in addition. There is no more slow shipping also called road/boat shipping.

You have to understand that I am dealing with a podunk post office in Equality Alabama,the town consists of a Post office ,a flashing yellow light and one store,the woman that shipped this knew absolutely nothing about shipping overseas except that you had to fill out a customs form,so yeah thats what I am dealing with.
