Other Hardcore - another testimonial

[Midlake Crisis]

Hardcore has been a great seller in the past, and I have never had the need to have him correct anything.
This week I caught him late on the day before he was leaving town, asked for 61x intake and reeds. He went out of his way to dig up a nice set and shipped them, including upgraded reeds for no additional cost, all shipped out the next morning.
When I got everything I had a bunch of parts spread out and tried putting the reed assembly in the wrong set of cases. (a little over excited about getting this thing wrapped up is my only excuse).
Anyway, HC was still out of town so I purchased a second set of reeds from another member, and sent HC a PM about the "problem" that ultimately turned out to be nothing but my own stupidity. :doh:
I just wanted to let other members know how helpful HC was during the confusion, never got defensive, was willing to accommodate in any way, and it all turned out to be my fault.
A class act and go-to guy for all my used parts needs. . .
