Handlebars loose, or turn plate loose?

Bars are loose use loctite, blue
Turnplate loose look for a thread, try searching "steering slop", Mark44 I believe had a McMaster Carr part that may help. Nylon type washer.

I always keep 2 crecent wrenches around, tighten my turnplate and pole bolts before ripping if I remember.

If you're referring to the plate itself being loose and wobbly....get a washer on that stem and crank down the nut reaaaaaaal hard.

oh no the nut is tight never had it come loose after 20 hrs of riding. the turnplate is all loose. and teh jet pump nozzle is loose where it connects to the pump. I think i may have bought it like this. :hitwithrock: should have done my homework but this is my first snsj. I will take it apart and take pics, it will be easy b.c one of the chin pad mounts pulled out of the fiberglass (neatly) Think i'll use some expoxy to keep it in. Thanks for oyur help. searching for slop right now at the bar:beerchug:
