does anyone know what length the extended bars have?
24 inches is a good length, I tried longer but didn't like. I got alum solid bar at the steel yard for like $6

You can order an aluminum bar from McMaster carr for like #0 for an 8 foot section. The bar from Mcmaster is slightly smaller than 7/8 you have to grind a bit off of the odi grips so that they will tighten on tight enough not to move. But my straight bars are 25 3/4" I started out with 28 and kept cutting the ends off until I thought it was good. I could go another 3/4 off but now I am just lazy....

is it possible to bend a stock bar to a 0 degree?? if so how would ya do it? or whats the best way to do it quick and easy?

go to a custom muffler shop, they usually have a hydraulic pipe bender with different sized jigs. just hand them the bars and tell them what you want, they'll hook it up.
