Riding buddy said he would love to ride in the surf. But none of his aluminum parts are painted or anodized. And that retard has a lot of money wrapped up in it to risk it.

I hate it too!! But the fun factor overrides it! Just tell him to shoot pure silicone spray EVERYWHERE inside and then spray then entire hull and EVERYTHING outside with spray wax in a bottle and just leave it on...don't wipe it off....then rinse after riding..and repeat before riding....
