Super Jet Going rate of Bpipes?

I recently listed one for $600. Normally they are a bit less but I have a little more money in mine than a standard B-Pipe. Also, I get low balled on everything so I figure I may as well start high. :)

bought one last month 675 used but looks new, everything port matched by LPW, dual cool, straight barb headpipe, had BK twisters installed in the screw positions. A few bucks more than most, but well worth it for a complete and almost new setup with several hundred worth of extras. I second what JJC568 said- I had to jump on it even at that price, I missed out on several beforehand by mere minutes. They do come along regularly though and when I spoke to Factory in early Jan they were talking about late Jan having a ship date, so the used prices should ease somewhat when new stock comes available.

Seriously... what do you guys think the cost to make one is?

Unless you get it for around the ~$450 range I would just buy new. If you buy used + coupler + new screws + gaskets your almost at new price.

I agree with IceColed, Over $450 you might as well just get new (unless its super clean), provided they have them in stock or you can afford to wait.

Ive seen some people trying to sell them used for $550 range without a manifold! WTF?

and thats pretty cheap for a ported b with powder coat.

Thanks for mentioning that...I just remembered that my manifold is ported or bored..whatever its called. Its bigger than my old manifold(not where it connects to the cylinders, where it connects to the mid pipe). That is a good detail that I need to remember to include. It is also tapped for dual cooling as well.

Need to double check on screws...can't remember if it was this one that I had fixed or the other one.

I hate even selling these things...seems like every time I do I end up needing it a year(or less) later...but all of my current skis have Bpipes.

Thanks for the input everyone.

Not to highjack a thread, but since we're on the subject, what does FP want for just a new mod chamber for a SN?

I believe mine is bored to 48mm. I think that is a pretty common size for 701 based setups.

The earlier headpipes and manifolds were in the 42-43mm range, they were opened up an the later releases. And as mentioned, many have been opened up as it prevents wot seizures.
