go pro backpack mount

made me a sweet contraption to mount the go pro. saw it on a slednecks 10 I think and don't see why this wouldn't be cool. Only downfall is I can't do my backflip anymore:silly:.

sick. i was actually thinking of doing something like this. but it was the part of fixing it to your back that was the problem. still want the movement.

What is that shaft made out of? I have seen some pretty impressive "mounts" get shredded with the quickness once they hit the water... ya might want to think about a back up tether system of some sort to save it if that pole goes south on you...

I haven't tested it yet. Going up river today to ride some white water so I'll have some footage up later. And yeah i do have a safety tether.

right on... I know the pain of losing a cam, just don't want to see it happen to anyone else lol... hopefully that rig works out and you get some nice footage!
