I thought I would share how I spend my time during the winter months... This is my first edit with the Go Pro camera, I cant wait to get some jetsking footage :smile:. Let me know what you think.

seems more like there is only one season for you if that is the "OFF" season.

haha well, I do this during the winter, and jetski at the river in the summer. All the buggies in the video are Suspensions Unlimited 2 seat mid-engine cars. I don't own one, I ride in my boyfriends sand car, his is the leading yellow one with the camera on the back. It has a Turbo Mazda motor in it. The white and blue car wheelieing has a turbo subaru motor. the other white car has a LS1 supercharged motor.

so are the hippies still trying to get glamis shut down to OHV's? im sure they are, just curious cause i did a paper on it my freshman year of highschool.

Ouch @ around 4:30, lol! I’m so glad I kept trying to play your video (couldn’t get it to play earlier)…it’s my new favorite! I would give almost anything if we had dunes like that, and so would my jeep!!! That camera mounted on the back works great!! Anytime I have been out your way and recorded in the dunes, my video has always turned out poorly sadly (some of my favorite times too). You should post more if you have it! I’ll be saving this video! :usaribbon:

Edit: watching it again, and forgot to mention that first song is great with it...how cute!

Kuchera: They have closed more than 50% of the dunes; its due to the milk weed, and some bird I think. And of course those tree huggers are trying to close alll OHV areas!! And from all the rain we got this season, the dunes are flourishing with beautiful flowers and tons of milk weeds!!

SuziQ: Thanks for the compliment, I'm glad you are enjoying it so much. Yeah that was a nasty roost at 4:30 you can hardly see the car!! I am going to get a roll bar mount and get some different angles next time. There will be more videos to come...

Glamis is endless fun! We spent two weeks around New Years 2010 out there....it was amazing. started the trip with a 5.8 earthquake right under us :)
Do you have any video of the nightly drags ???? i wish i could see that again
