I don't have a lot of current shots....I gave up Jet Skiing for awhile... I was done with the whole scene, and then one hot summer day last summer, I decided it was time to get wet again.

There's nothing more pathetic than an athlete who has stayed too long in the game. I had a good run, and the '98 World finals would be my last competition...make or break.

Fast forward a few years...my boat sat idle collecting dust for a few seasons. I put a lot of money into it so that I could put it up for sale. I went out for a test ride and instantly fell in love all over again!

I met and competed against Steve in 1997 in Islemirada, Steve was and I'm sure still is, one of the best freestylers to ever ride. I borrowed Keith Heads ski to compete against him that day when he won the am. world title, steller routine and a great original idea for his final trick!!!!! The guy was always in a up-beat good mood and was excited to do what he does. NEVER HAD A BAD ATTITUDE!!! He would also let us stay at his house during comps even after he stopped competing. Great to see a good friend back riding again!!!!!

Hey there was a Kawie X2 bendix on eBay cheap. Like 5 bucks with a few days left. Looked liek a decent one to me. Search for it using "Kawasaki X2". Not mine just looking for X2 parts for myself and thought of you.

How you doin', man? That year, on tour ('97) was some damn good times! I had a blast hanging out with you guys. Really great to have followed your progress over the years! Keep shredding.

Guys:

Thanks for the heads up on parts. I was in a mad rush to get back in the water this weekend. My credit card was smokin'. Pro Tec came through with a flywheel and bendix. UPS, then dropped the ball on getting my reworked stator from JetSki solutions to me, so I was grounded.

SO, I played on my bicycle, instead.
