Looks good joker, the red turf tends to fade quickly so keep it out of the sun or covered when not riding or storing it. Lets see that pump and driveline from the bottom! Wanna see that nozzle setup too! Looks good!

Alright I will grab some pics on a few. But I'm going to try soaking it in spf 50. But I plan on returfing it this winter.

Btw that blowsion spring needs to stop being so springy.

This is the best you get for now. I have no one to help me flip the bitch over.
I had my dad make some permanent shims for the pump.

I got her all done. Maiden voyage was on Sunday. She ran like a raped ape. I loved it. It was a huge jump going from a js300 to a fx1. I had a lot of fun on Sunday until my start stop switch went out. I ended up taking it all apart and finding the problem.

So you shimmed the rear pump in the undertray, rather than build up the surface level w glass and resin? Wanna make me some I have yet to get my itch on..

On the inside I layed down 4 layers of 12 oz biax and 2 layers of 1.5 oz chop strand. And on the outside I bedded the shims in resin/ cabosil/ microbalLoons mixture to lock then in.

what jets are you running for the pipe?
Still lookin for a pipe jack? I thought you were eying That red pipe!?

- joker I like the shim idea, did you grind down the front as recommended? What did you use to grind out the shoe area? My dremel took a dump and and considering other options

I used a metabo with these sanding discs. I also used an air grinder with flap wheels. And then I ran into problems with the steering cable being too long so I had my dad make a bracket to move the mount back. Also if you do this swap. Find a sx/sxi/sxr prop. You can set the pump back the 3 mm or whatever it is so you can run those props. It is easier then having to ship to impros and pay $75 a prop. Plus there are tons of props out there for those skis.

By moving the nozzle pivot further back, you change the geometry and the steering will be unequal from left to right. The cable attach point needs to be in the same plane as the nozzle pivot points. Running an X2 tilt nozzle will make the stock cable the perfect length (and give you trim)........just fyi
