So I'm down at my local lake Saturday evening, and come across
this boat just idling around in the middle of the lake with a family (mom, dad, and five girls between the ages of 5 and 10, I would say).
They take off and roll out a pretty good wake, so I hit it and do a pretty
satisfactory barrel roll. Then they slow down and take off a few times, so
I wonder if they are having engine trouble. I ride over to talk to them
and they are fine, and the lady gets out her digital camera and asks
me to "do another flip so she can take my picture".
So I give them the proper instructions on how to roll out a good wave, and
I put on the show....stabs, rolls, subs, a fountain.
When I ride back over to talk to them, the mom says "The girls want you
to spray them", meaning, fountain the boat. I tell them "Hey, I have
very little control over what gets wet...." and they show me that the
camera is in a ziplock bag, and give me clearance to go for it.
Well, I could have been evil :saevilw: and just TOTALLY pressure-washed them and the boat but I didn't. I just threw a good fountain and eased it over into the boat, letting it rain down and drowning them all, the whole time
thinking "This would be the absolute WORST time for the DNR to show up".
It was pretty fun hosing down complete strangers.....I'll probably never get a request like that again. :cool2:
