Funny story - my day at the lake last Saturday

So I'm down at my local lake Saturday evening, and come across
this boat just idling around in the middle of the lake with a family (mom, dad, and five girls between the ages of 5 and 10, I would say).

They take off and roll out a pretty good wake, so I hit it and do a pretty
satisfactory barrel roll. Then they slow down and take off a few times, so
I wonder if they are having engine trouble. I ride over to talk to them
and they are fine, and the lady gets out her digital camera and asks
me to "do another flip so she can take my picture".

So I give them the proper instructions on how to roll out a good wave, and
I put on the show....stabs, rolls, subs, a fountain.

When I ride back over to talk to them, the mom says "The girls want you
to spray them", meaning, fountain the boat. I tell them "Hey, I have
very little control over what gets wet...." and they show me that the
camera is in a ziplock bag, and give me clearance to go for it.

Well, I could have been evil :saevilw: and just TOTALLY pressure-washed them and the boat but I didn't. I just threw a good fountain and eased it over into the boat, letting it rain down and drowning them all, the whole time
thinking "This would be the absolute WORST time for the DNR to show up".

It was pretty fun hosing down complete strangers.....I'll probably never get a request like that again. :cool2:

Speedfreak and myself had a request to fountain some house boats in party cove at lake of the ozarks but told them no because there would be anything left on the back decks like there coolers chairs BBQ pits etc but it would have been fun.

I passed these 2 guys fishing on the side of the canal with cane poles. I passed, they waved. I thought they were giving me sign language that they were really hot :bs2: so I hosed em down. :sneaky:

Me Keegan and his brother were down on sunday and a little ski boat did some s turns for us. it was pretty random though some none of us did any double back flips off of the wakes or anything.

Yeah, I think the one fingered wave is sign language for you to hose them down :cool2:

This lake we ride at couples times a week is pretty small and has a couple of wakeboarders living on it. The guy in the black boat is pretty siked on us it seems. We keep our distance and hit the wake as they go back and forth on the lake. They even try wakeskating and once they're done, will usually do an extra lap cheering us on watching us do nofoot cans and just getting air. Pretty cool, tempted to give them some gas money just for kicking some wake our way.
