How many layers of cloth would you need on the foam to make that strong enough ?
It looks easy enough to make.

ok, well that looks pretty much olike what I did to my fx......


when I did it I just channeled the foam to the way I wanted, then layed about 5-6 layers of glass and called it a day

here's the best pic I have, althogh kinda hard to see........If the dual straps dont work out on my REV, Ill be doing the same thing

oh, andf this style of foothold is EXTREMELY easy to turf!!!!

Thanks for all the response. I only got an inch or less in before hitting the exhaust pipe. Oh well. I wish it was on the left because I like to stand right foot forward. I'll probably just go around it a little for now.
