So im wondering who here is running only front exhaust and how loud it is. i'd be running a xmw waterbox. Is there any downside like to much water going in during fountains or is it really loud?

The only reason I went front exhaust is to save weight, I wont have any rear exhaust. If I were you I would run the xmw W/B with out front exhaust....just utilizing your stock rear exhaust....The front exhaust hose and outlet are almost another 2lbs... Now you just added the weight you loss from the waterbox. I am going overboard on my boat..... It will be loud! But I like that.

Corey, go with the front setup. It's good stuff for those of us who freestyle. Tailstands are much easier held, keeps exhaust good and clean on monkey jumps, and 50/50s. I use tail stands as a saver when im about to go down on a bad landing in surf and waves. It's a good thing to have.

+ Bogarts stuff is top notch and comes with a unbeatable warranty

OMFG! Just because your on some god sent mission to try to make a super leight hull is no reason to turn down good products. Saving weight is a cool thing but jesus....your just being ridiculous

^^^^^I know.... and you hate it.... I didnt say his products were not top notch! They are! I will be using the outlet, but I am gona ditch the 1.5lb hose for something different that will exit on the other side of the hull.

I was recomending rear only to save a little weight and keep his boat quieter..... he did ask how loud it is. :roll eyes:

There is realy no need to flame me, I couldnt give two sh*ts how stupid you feel that I am.

Not flaming, just feal that your reasons for saving weight is your build, but going against the product because of weight(not quality) when it can benefit him in freestyle alot more then the 1.5lbs off the boat.

My point is the waterbox and front exhaust gains out is worth the 1 or 2 lbs that you'll never feal.

Never mistake anything by me as flaming. I have fun and such, but I'm not out to try to start shiz. I'm a good guy and everyone here will vouch for it

 cool man.... I never had a problem with tail stands before with rear only, so it sounds like i will realy like the front only. I know what you mean too about recovering from tricks in the surf as well..... most surf riders wont listen though.:cool2:

front exhaust only is loud (which is cool in my opinion.....i am a redneck though) only drawback ive seen is eating exhaust fumes if you have to idle through no wake zones- if you dont no problemo go for it. more room to work on carbs and put beer inside of hull for long rides.

I forgot!
if you go front exhaust only with a xmetal box and loose the rear tube/pipe + lighter waterbox+ less water being able to stay in the smaller waterbox that should add up to a few pounds. to me it would be worth it.

:arms:  Thats what I am doing, It saved around 8lbs... with the XMW W/B, but I am doing a different outlet setup to save a little more weight. :purr:

Most people around here think saving weight is overrated though.

me and my buddy ran our front exhaust straight out the outlet side of the waterbox above the waterline, haven't tested it yet but it was easy and light. and if it comes off the ski won't fill up with water, no good if you got a nice paint job though
