Hey I was talking to randy @ watcon today and he said he will be there saturday morning!! He also said he will be bringing a few dry suits with him.....if you still need one nows the time to get one!! I will be trying mine out tomorrow afternoon! Looks like a nice suit.....

Speaking of that I need to glass over the mystery hole on the side of the ski. . . I got the electronics in today along with the carb. Tomorrow I'm going to put in the exhaust and gas tank, then it's ready to ride. . .

OS Drysuit is the best $ you can spend for the surf, I love mine... I got the one with feet built in. keeps me bone dry. Not warm, but dry.

Yeah I don't know if the boat is going to be ready. If I didn't have the glass work to do then it would be done for sure but unless I can bug Matt into doing the glass work then the boat will be staying in Colfax. :frown: I completely forgot about the glass work that needed done until I was taking inventory today of what I had left to do. . .

I think that I'll go with the tape, if you have the time to glass it tomorrow night then fine, if not I may bolt a piece of metal over the hole with some silicone and then we can glass it later. What time do you think that you'll be leaving to go go the tri-cities? I may be able to tag along for the test ride.

I will leave Colfax tonight and head over to Kennewick. Then us & Phill & family are going to sqeeze into his van and leave early tomorrow morning.

Not that I know of, unless you could launch down in Ilwaco in or around the marina. Your best bet would probably be somewhere along the Columbia perhaps.
Actually, there is a boat launch just off hwy 101 after hwy 4 turns into 101 about 10 miles outside of Long Beach. You will see it as you travel along the waters of Wilipa bay.
